Attachments won't drag out of Outlook?
New Outlook can't hand a file to a browser — it passes a reference the page can't read, so nothing arrives. This isn't something the app can work around from its side.
Save the attachments to a folder first (in Outlook, Save all attachments), then drag that whole folder in, or use browse for files and multi-select. Either way the files land here together and become one package, the same as a direct drag. Classic Outlook drags straight in.

Include the transmitting email, printed to PDF. Sender and date come from it rather than being retyped, which makes them part of the stored, hashed record. A minimum package is the 7711-2 and that email.
